A December Poem

Winter darkness settling in

Mauves and grays the clouds and moods

Christmas frenzy presses down but Stillness is the Spirit’s cry

Candles in a circle stand

Mark the weeks as they go by

Slowly the circle fills with light

And once again December says

I bring you hope and joy and love

And God is born again Sending everyone blessings for a Merry Christmas and a Serene New Year
